Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial & Data Retention Policy

• Trial Period: New accounts receive full access to Shift Harmony for 7 days without requiring credit card details.
• Grace Period & Data Erasure: A 3-day grace period follows trial expiration. If no active paid subscription is purchased by Day 10, all customer-created data (shifts, schedules, rosters, task logs, demand forecasts) will be permanently erased from our servers. T18 Labs does not store, sell, or back up data for expired, non-paying accounts beyond this period.

2. Subscriptions & Promotional Intro Pricing

• Recurring Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew monthly. Promotional intro rates (when applicable) apply for the designated initial promotional period and automatically transition to standard recurring plan rates thereafter until canceled.

3. Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings or the Stripe portal.
• No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

4. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

Shift Harmony is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. T18 Labs is not liable for operational disruptions, lost profits, or shift scheduling errors arising from software usage or automated data purges following expired trial periods.
