1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth) when you register for Shift Harmony.
• Scheduling Data: Shifts, rosters, staff profiles, tasks, demand forecasts, and related content you create while using the app.
• Billing Information: Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. T18 Labs does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Usage Data: Anonymous usage and feedback data to help us improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve Shift Harmony.
• To process subscriptions, trials, and billing.
• To communicate important account, billing, or policy updates.
• To respond to support requests and feedback submissions.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Customer-created scheduling data is retained while your account is active or within the trial and grace period described in our Terms of Service. After cancellation or expiration beyond the grace period, this data is permanently purged. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which removes your profile and associated app data.

4. Security & Third Parties

We use industry-standard services including Supabase for authentication/database and Stripe for payments. We do not sell your personal information. Third-party processors are bound by appropriate data-processing and security obligations.
